Mobile apps

Put the work your customers or field team need in an app that fits their phones and their day.

You might ask for

  1. An app for our drivers
  2. A loyalty app
  3. Turn our website into an app
  4. Fix an app Apple rejected

Who it is for

  1. Field teams recording jobs, photos and signatures away from a desk
  2. Businesses giving customers a useful service on their phones
  3. Teams improving an existing app or preparing it for store review

What you get

  1. A phone workflow designed around your users' daily tasks
  2. Clear handling of missing signal and delayed updates
  3. Notifications and device features fitted to the agreed scope
  4. Store submissions managed in accounts your business owns

Approach

Your field team needs a job list, photos and signatures while away from a desk. Or your customers keep returning to a website for a task that would be easier on their phones. The app needs to fit that task, including the moments when signal is missing.

We start with the people using the app, their devices and the work they need to finish. We agree on the first release, the information it handles and the behavior you expect without a connection. The written plan names the store-review dependencies and running costs.

We build the agreed screens, accounts and connections, using a shared codebase where it fits the requirements. Notifications, uploads and offline updates are included where the workflow needs them. You test working versions on the devices your team or customers use.

We check the important journeys, access rules and connection changes before preparing the store submissions. Your business owns the code and developer accounts. We hand over release instructions and a walkthrough, and agree on how platform updates and store feedback are handled.

Deliverables

  1. A review of the users, devices and first-release requirements
  2. App screens and the agreed accounts and permissions
  3. The agreed mobile features and connections to your systems
  4. Device testing, release preparation and store submissions
  5. Documentation and a team walkthrough

Ways to work together

  • Model 01

    Roadmap

A one to two week review of the mobile workflow and device needs, ending in a written scope and a fixed quote for the app.

  • Model 02

    Starter build

One mobile feature or a focused first workflow, ready for testing and submission in two to four weeks.

  • Model 03

    Care plan

Monitoring, platform updates, store release support and small improvements to your app each month.

Questions

Do we need separate iPhone and Android apps?

Often one shared codebase covers both. We check the device features and performance your workflow needs before choosing a shared approach or native development.

Can the app work without an internet connection?

Offline work can be included in the scope. We define which information stays on the phone, how it updates when a connection returns and what happens if two people change the same record.

Do you handle the App Store and Google Play submissions?

We prepare the agreed releases and submissions in your business accounts. Each store decides whether to approve an app and how long review takes, so the plan includes that dependency and time for feedback.

Can you help with an existing or rejected app?

We start by reviewing the code, store feedback and account access. Then we propose the changes and testing needed for the next submission, with the scope agreed before work begins.
